Meet our team

Stephen Doyle

Chief Executive

Stephen Doyle has over thirty years experience advising clients on investment, retirement planning and insurance protection. He is well known in the Financial Services industry and worked at a number of institutions before establishing Doyle Pension & Insurance Management in 1993. Stephen has extensive expertise in Private Client and Group Pension Scheme consulting, and specialises in providing broadly based financial planning advice.

He was educated at Blackrock College and Trinity College Dublin. Stephen is also a Qualified Financial Advisor and a fellow of the Irish Institute of Pension Managers. He has a Masters degree in Business Management from Trinity College Dublin.

Brian Thiessen

Financial Planning Consultant & Client Services Manager

After completing his degree at University College Dublin in Sports & Exercise Management, Brian worked for New Ireland before joining the team at Doyle Pension & Insurance Management Ltd.

Brian has experience as an insurance, Investment and Pension administrator and has a broad knowledge of personal and executive pension planning.

Brian is qualified as a Qualified Financial Advisor with the Institute of Banking.

Alfonso Martinez

Financial Analyst

Alfonso manages the Research & Analysis service at Doyle Pension & Insurance Management Ltd, and has four years’ experience in the financial services industry.  He is a Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) and holds a Masters degree in Finance from UM University of Murcia in Spain. 

Alfonso has excellent industry knowledge with a particular expertise in the analysis of all types of financial planning arrangements.  He liaises closely with the Managing Director and financial institutions, and prepares detailed reports for our clients. This allows our clients to make appropriate and informed financial planning decisions.  

Barry Mcauley

Senior Life & Pensions Administrator

Barry has a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (CFP) and is a fully Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA), Retirement Planning Advisor (RPA), and DLA 

Barry has worked in the pensions and insurance industry for over 20 years, working with New Ireland and Aviva. Now with Doyle’s, Barry is involved in the administration of life assurance, pension and investment products. 

Kelly Corscadden

Life & Pensions Administrator

Kelly graduated from Maynooth University in 2021 with an Honours degree in Bsc. Business and Marketing. She has several years’ experience optimizing content management systems and supporting business operations.  

Kelly manages the offices’ daily operations and streamlines the administration process.
